We are looking for a Sr Manager Compensation and Benefits to join our team at EyePoint Pharmaceuticals. This role will report to the Chief People Officer & SVP, IT and will be based in Watertown, MA. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Individual responsibilities Develop and implement market competitive US compensation and benefits programs that align with company Total Rewards strategy and will enable EyePoint to scale for growth Lead the annual open enrollment preparation and activities, including employee communications, vendor management and open enrollment materials Oversee the day-to-day administration, customer service and maintenance of the benefits plans to ensure flawless benefit administration and to support the EyePoint employee experience Evaluate current benefits and wellness programs and develop recommendations to meet the needs of national employee base.
