PUMA's People, Connection & Attraction team is a strategic arm to the company's overall success and continued growth. We are the trusted advisors to our internal business partners and are charged with identifying, attracting, and hiring best in class talent. PUMA is currently looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our growing team in Somerville, MA. In this role, he/she will drive strategic hiring plans for critical roles that supports our hiring managers and business growth both for the Regional and Boston International teams. Execute full cycle recruiting and pipelining plans for mid to senior level roles across different business areas such as Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Business & Analytics and Sales by driving creative and innovative recruitment methods and D&I initiatives Develop and execute creative recruiting efforts and events; including informational sessions, D&I initiatives and other recruiting/networking activities that promote PUMA's culture & hiring efforts Collaborate with multi-location and global hiring managers to create talent and D&I strategies that increases quality hires and develops strong relationships Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement, and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process including transfers, promotions, relocation information and all relevant recruitment updates 7+ years Full Lifecycle Recruitment experience; Ecommerce, Marketing or Product experience within retail environment is highly preferred Full life-cycle experience in a fast-paced environment recruiting for growing organizations Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment.
