Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize various facilities including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored securely.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
