Responsibilities:
Assist with cutting, shaping, and assembling foam products
Operate basic production and warehouse equipment (training provided)
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Load/unload materials and support general shop tasks
Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team
Requirements:
Ability to lift 45-50 lbs
Good attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
