The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey Director of Nonpublic School Services Start January 1, 2023 The position requires competent knowledge of NJAC 6A:14. Child Study Team experience is preferred. Valid NJ School Principal License is required. This position is Full Time/12 months with competitive salary and benefits. Job responsibilities include supervision of special education teachers and instructional aides in various nonpublic school locations, supporting Child Study Teams assigned to both Charter Schools and Nonpublic Schools, budgeting IDEA funding for nonpublic school services. Cooperative Purchasing Specialist Start: Immediate pending criminal history review (12) Month Position Assist in coordinating all program purchasing, vetting large scale quotes for accuracy and feasibility and assist in developing bid specifications with the goal of expanding services to the cooperative members. The successful candidate should have a college degree, experience with public purchasing and preparing and reviewing bid specifications, a high level of attention to detail and organization. Responsibilities: Keep current with Purchasing and Internet regulations Monitor purchasing practices and adherence to public purchasing contract regulations Develop and review bidding documents, as necessary Analyze Cooperative Bidding Program for inclusion of new items Vet quotes submitted for approval Cooperative Pricing System-Bookkeeper Start: Immediate pending criminal history review (12) Month Position Assist in monitoring accounting records for the Cooperative Pricing System (CPS) while coordinating the various functions of the Business Office to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
