Implements communication strategies involving the website, email communications, and social media and has a strong knowledge of best practices in digital communications. Works in concert with the COO and other Directors of the Foundation to ensure coordinated, timely, and strategic messaging. The Associate Director of Marketing and Communications reports to the Chief Operating Officer of the Foundation. The Associate Director works closely with the other Directors at the Foundation, Philanthropy Officers, as well as external partners. Roles and Responsibilities: • Implements the Foundation's vision, including short-term and long-term plans for the communications and marketing programs and its activities; monitors progress and evaluates performance • Raise the visibility of the Kean University Foundation and support the fundraising and alumni engagement efforts, including a strong social media program • Ensure the organization's key messages are distributed across all channels to meet engagement and fundraising goals • Lead and prioritize the Foundation's marketing efforts by developing and implementing digital and print marketing and communication, social media plans; and creating an advertising strategy • Oversees market research and market data ana
