Cabinet Assembler

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for assembling wood cabinets and cabinet components according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble cabinets, drawers, doors, and other wood components. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately. Install hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, handles, and shelves. Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality standards. Sand, adjust, and make minor repairs or modifications as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with packaging and preparing finished cabinets for shipment when required. Qualifications: Previous cabinet assembly, woodworking, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of woodworking techniques. Experience with cabinet hardware installation. Ability to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship
