Job title: Inside Sales Account Representative (Vietnamese & English)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Summary: The Company is looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Account Representative to join our Sales Department. The Sales Representative will support the company with the following duties:

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

· Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.

· Understand and demonstrate the product to the customer.

· Establishing new businesses.

· Maintaining accurate records.

· Set and meet goals and objectives set by leadership.

· Perform sales activities, including entering orders, following up with customers, processing payments, opening new accounts, etc.

·Assist with general office duties, such as preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing and spreadsheet.

· Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications include:

· Experience in managing wholesale national and international accounts.

· Attention to details and problem solving.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· English and Vietnamese.

· Strong organizational and planning skills.

· Self-motivating.

· Willingness to meet or exceed sales goals.

· Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
