Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all club areas, including floors, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and techniques. Conduct routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain hygiene standards. Assist with floor care activities including buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing to ensure pristine flooring conditions. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Maintain cleanliness during shift changes by organizing supplies and ensuring all areas are presentable at all times. Use industrial cleaning tools and supplies effectively to handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or industrial sanitation. Follow safety protocols diligently to promote a secure environment for staff and members alike. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures including buffing and polishing. Experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
