Job description: WAREHOUSE CLERK or QUALITY CONTROL

SHIFT: 7AM-3:30PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse administration, shipping documentation, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Inbound / Outbound Administration:

Check in drivers and verify appointments in Open Dock.
Bills of Lading (BOL).
Record carrier name, trailer number, seal number, and dock assignment in WMS.
Generate BOL through WMS.
Verify correct destination, trailer number, SKU, lot/date codes, and QA release approval.
Confirm final seal number prior to driver departure.
Ensure driver and clerk signatures on BOL, including date and time.
Close shipment status in WMS as “Closed.”
Scan and attach BOL, Trailer Inspection Form, and Receiving Summary to WMS.
Communicate load status to QA, supervisors, and operations team.
Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital shipment files.
Ensure alignment between WMS, Teams, and dock scheduling system.
Protect confidential production and customer information.
Support traceability requests and mock recall documentation.
Maintain Daily Receiving Log and Rejection Register when applicable.
Assist with weekly and monthly reporting.
Communicate discrepancies immediately to supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:

FLUENT SPANISH/ENGLISH REQUIRED.
High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or clerical experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
Experience with WMS systems preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
