IP Flair, a patent firm in India, is a social initiative to nurture a strong ecosystem of innovation in consonance with the Start-up India action plan envisioned by the Government of India. With a vast number of patent firms in India, IP Flair stands out due to its focus on helping and supporting young entrepreneurs and students in unearthing and protecting their Intellectual assets, which may either be Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights or Designs. Our aim is to introduce innovators to IP and handhold them in the process of protecting their IP. The innovators can file a patent in India in order to protect their invention and get the rights over their inventions. IPflair enables the innovators to file a patent from their homes securely from anywhere around the world due to the availability of the online patent filing system of the Indian patent office.
