Account Executive, Food (Schenck Process; Kansas City, MO). Develop, maintain, grow relationships w accounts w/in the Food, Pet Food & Sanitary industries. Technical sales support to dom rep agencies, intl sister offices, engng houses & end-users to close orders & meet sales goals. Close orders w customers to achieve bookings & margin goals. Present quotation proposal to clients. Deliver to Ops scope of work w coordination & comm responsibility on specification topics. Coordinate & participate in proj. kick-off mtgs bw client & Schenck. Provide after-sales support to Proj. Mgmt as needed. Travel 25% dom, 5% intl. Req BS in ME or rel field (or FDE) & 3 yrs exp. Candidates wo a deg must have HS diploma & 5 yrs exp. Exp must incl 3y of: techn. knowl of pneumatic conveying, air filtration, weighing & feeding systems win Food, Pet Food, & Sanitary Indus & how to meet customer rqts; knowl of effective sales techniques incl ability to solution sell & close orders & ability to team sell; applying oral & written comm skills; organizing techn. presentations & speaking in grp setting; knowl of comp policies, procedures, products & svcs to promote Schenck capabilities & competencies & differentiate it from competitors; exp w outsourced mfg & pricing of various products & svcs; knowl of processes used in Food, Pet Food & Sanitary facilities; knowl of PFD, PID & techn. specification & drawings interpt'n; apply mech inclination & knowl of mfg processes & design stds & codes; using CRM/CPQ, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PPt; working in env't providing high detail; organize, prioritize & handle multiple assignments; specify, quote, design & sell durable capital equipment in a process indus in Food, Pet Food/Sanitary mkts.
