E-Commerce Coordinator

(Order Fulfillment & Packing Experience Required)

Position Summary

This role combines e-commerce coordination with hands-on order fulfillment. The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing online orders, maintaining accurate product listings, and ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

This is a hybrid desk + warehouse role—ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working on their feet.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

Create and update product listings (titles, pricing, descriptions, images)

Monitor inventory levels and sync availability across platforms

Process incoming online orders (Amazon and Walmart Marketplaces)

Coordinate shipping labels, tracking, and order status updates

Assist with promotions, pricing updates, and product merchandising

Maintain accurate product and order data

Order Fulfillment & Packing

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit

Label, stage, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup

Verify order accuracy before shipment

Maintain a clean, organized packing and staging area

Assist with receiving and restocking inventory as needed

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or fulfillment roles
• Hands-on experience with picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Familiarity with Amazon and Walmart Marketplaces
• Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 30–40 lbs.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills (Excel / order systems)
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or B2B operations
• Familiarity with shipping software (i.e. ShipStation)
• Inventory management or WMS/ERP experience
