Stand Up/ Sit Down Forklift

We are seeking a skilled Stand Up / Sit Down Forklift Operator to join our cabinet production warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and material handling procedures. Candidates with prior warehouse management or supervisor experience are encouraged to apply, as well as those familiar with OSHA standards and mechanical systems.

Duties

• Operate stand up and Sit down forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems for accurate order picking and inventory control
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment
• Assist with order picking, shipping, and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and heavy equipment to maintain safety standards
• Handle heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to OSHA regulations
• Support warehouse operations by managing materials handling tasks and maintaining organized storage areas
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

8AM-4:30PM

Pay: $20/hr

Skills

• Proven experience operating stand up and sit downforklifts, pallet jacks, trucks in a warehouse setting
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners for inventory accuracy
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while adhering to OSHA standards
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation
• Familiar with computers & data entry.
