Shift Lead – Cocina Mexicana en Los Angeles

Benny’s Tacos is hiring 2 experienced Shift Leaders for a high-volume fast casual Mexican restaurant.
Locations: Westchester / Santa Monica / Culver City

This is a working leadership role. You will run shifts, support the line, and maintain standards during busy service.

Only candidates with real shift leadership experience will be considered.

Compensation / Pago
$20.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Tips: +$2–$3/hr average
Full-time: 40+ hours per week
Free meal per shift
Immediate hiring

Required Availability (Importante)
Full Sunday availability REQUIRED
Must work weekends (Sat & Sun)
Must be available for weekday PM shifts
*Reliability is critical for this role

Minimum Qualifications / Requisitos
Prior Shift Leader / Supervisor experience REQUIRED
High-volume fast casual experience REQUIRED
Knowledge of Health Department / Food Safety standards
Ability to lead during high-pressure service
Strong attention to detail and time management
Professional communication and leadership skills
Ability to resolve employee and guest issues
Reliable and punctual
Food Handler Card required (Manager certification a plus)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
