CSR Position- North Hollywood en Huntington Park

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and deliver exceptional service. In this role, you will handle incoming calls and emails, assist customers with quotes and order processing, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and transactions.

Responsibilities include managing orders across multiple platforms, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with sales and internal teams to meet customer needs. You will also resolve customer concerns, provide product knowledge, assist walk-in customers, and help manage open orders, returns, and deliveries.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience Preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and typing skills
• High School Diploma Required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred

This position is located in the city of North Hollywood.

Pay is staring at $18.50- DOE & the schedule is Mon.- Fri. 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Must be flexible to work a Saturday as assigned from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
