Before becoming proudly Ale Alvarado and Associates we wore else proud to be Realty Executives Puerto Vallarta.

A History of the beginning, It all started in the HomeTown Barra de Navidad south of Jalisco, Costalegre has grown from a rural area of small villages and dusty back roads to a premier international tourist and investment destination, which makes me really proud is being part of the growth and to contribute in the Real Estate to such growth!

Initially, Ale Alvarado started in Coldwell Banker in Costalegre as a Real Estate Sales Agent - Her vision to grow and to continue to different guidelines and also this feeling to start new and fresh, but also make it happen, make it better, make it Big. In the search for options and for a new logo, a new representation, the opportunity appears for Realty Executives, Ale becomes the owner and operator of a Realty Executives franchise in Puerto Vallarta.

Great years of experience with Realty Executives, great opportunities and memories, a lot of amazing clients that became friends, a search of houses starting, a lot, and a lot of growth. In 2018 we become Agency number 7th in Puerto Vallarta's top-selling. The growth included incorporating more amazing staff members that felt and had the shirt well on and proud of being a team.

Ale Alvarado and Associates was thought initially latest of 2019 - Beginning of 2020 Why? Because new ideas came up, new color story, new energy, new years, and the Real Estate Marketing game have become different, It felt better and in the interpretation, it becomes more virtual, freer. The idea of persisting or transforming appeared, the good results, the good comments, and the name of Ale Alvarado had taken hold among the locals.

Work Progress in ideas design has really paid off & after a lot of work, Happy about our past and what we learn, but We are proud to say that now we are Ale Alvarado and Associates. We will be really happy to assist you in 2021 - We feel new, rebrand, fresh, and with a lot of energy, and ready to provide you a lot of who we are, that includes experience through the years but also with a bunch of Reborn.
