We have a position: Quality Control Supervisor at Doral

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.

Preferred Bachelor degree in related field or minimum 3 years related work experience in Food safety, Produce.

Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Word.

Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work with all levels of staff and management.

Preferred bilingual Spanish/English abilities.

Strong working knowledge of Food and Produce requirements.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent decision-making skills.

Self-motivated to function independently within area of responsibility.

Ability to follow instructions and willingness to assume responsibility.

Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and be a team player.

Willingness to share knowledge and function under strong leadership.

Ability to react in fast paced and changing environment.
