In 2008, I started doing private fittings by going to people’s houses and offices at their convenience. I soon realized there was a need for my mobile fitting and delivery services. I always offered top quality and very quick turnarounds for busy professionals. My private business continued to grow and in 2013, I moved my home studio to a tailoring shop in the heart of the Miami Design District. Thus, Sew On Set Tailor was established. I continue to do production work and private alterations plus we tailored for many local high-end boutiques like Saint Laurent, Dior, Pucci, Thom Browne and Tom Ford.
My entrepreneurial beginnings have grown to a team of 6 seamstresses and tailors plus manager from a variety of countries working together. We embrace our individual skills and still work as a team to cater to VIP clients like Marc Anthony, Puff Daddy and Lenny Kravitz. We have wonderful local clientele too who appreciate our attention to detail like hand sewn buttonholes, shortening suit sleeves from the armhole, knitting, wedding dress and intricate lace work, precise leather alterations, plus our very fast turn around always done with quality customer service.
