Milwaukee Succeeds (MKES) is a broad-based, community collaboration that aims to improve educational outcomes for every child in Milwaukee, in every school, cradle to career. You can make a difference, as Milwaukee Succeeds is seeking an Early Childhood Education Data Analyst ! This position is responsible for collaborating with colleagues and partners in the use of data to guide the partnership's strategic priorities and translating data into community action. This role leads the partnership's data infrastructure and is responsible for deploying the partnership's overall data capacity towards its goal: transforming systems to deliver better, more equitable results for Milwaukee's children. Key Responsibilities : Identifies relevant data sources and research to support the partnership's strategic priorities. Assesses the quality of data and organizes data into usable formats for analysis. Develops and maintains databases to support data collection for the partnership's strategic priorities. Provides data support for the annual evaluation of partnership impact using the StriveTogether Civic Infrastructure Assessment. Develops and maintains key dashboards to support the strategic priorities of the partnership. Creates metrics, graphs and tables for reports, presentations and publications, such as organization infographics, reports and other content for public dissemination. Performs data maintenance and data quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy and standardization. Supports
