New Orleans Business Alliance is looking to hire a Senior Director, Revenue & Fund Development, to lead all corporate and individual revenue generation, fundraising, and development activities for the New Orleans Business Alliance, and is responsible for designing, creating, and executing new and innovative strategies that focus on transformational revenue generation and fund development, to help NOLABA achieve its strategic vision and goals. The Senior Director, Revenue & Fund Development's duties include, but are not limited to: researching, cultivating, and increasing funding opportunities (including new prospects for corporate giving, individual giving, and estate planning), supporting grant application processes (including co-writing foundational grants, reporting and compliance), working with individual Board members to drive private business investments, assisting with NOLABA's annual impact report, coordinating fundraising events, and the management of past and present investors and foundation partner relationships, to secure funds through private business investments, private foundational grants, and sponsorships. This Senior Director reports to the President & CEO, and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The Senior Director also directly supports the effective use and maintenance of NOLABA's Salesforce account in order to facilitate investor participation. Major Duties & Responsibilities : Working with the President & CEO and AVP Grants Administration, set annual goals for all aspects of revenue generation and fundraising, including private and foundational grants, sponsorships, events, corporate and individual giving, and programmatic fee-based services Conduct prospect research to identify the goals, net worth, history of charitable donations, or other data related to potential donors, potential investors, potential programmatic sponsors, or general donor markets Work with NOLABA leadership and our marketing agency to craft and package a strong fundraising message that conveys to potential donors and investors NOLABA's value proposition, its ongoing direct impact to the citizens of New Orleans, and its drive to effect generational change to improve the economic futures of all the city's residents.
