Position Overview: The Bliss Group is looking for an Account Supervisor or Account Director to join our growing Professional Services practice. This hire will join a team responsible for the B2B integrated marketing activities and PR for our largest client. This hire must have relevant healthcare PR/marketing experience, "business of health" i.e., working with businesses that provide products or services to healthcare organizations. Ideally has had exposure to digital transformation/emerging tech as well. Needs to be knowledgeable about the major issues and trends in healthcare, as well as be a go-to thought leader for all things related to how digital is changing the future of healthcare. Experience in multiple PESO segments is a bonus, as this role will be responsible for advising clients on content, PR and marketing strategy across the PESO spectrum. This role will entail leading a small team focused on the business of health for this client and will serve as the day-to-day account lead for one or more senior clients. Must have stellar writing and client counseling skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the day-to-day support for select clients, managing both strategy and execution Leverage stellar writing/editing skills to develop and edit content (surveys/studies and other long-form thought leadership collateral, email marketing copy, digital ad copy, video scripts, etc.) Develop media relations strategies, goals, media targets and pitch angles Pitch the media Serve as information leader on client teams, demonstrating industry or media-driven knowledge that directly and indirectly affects the client Route articles of interest to account teams and client Assist in the development of long-term client plans and program recommendations and developing budgets Manage reporting mechanisms for client and account team Participate with senior team leaders in client presentations Coach/mentor junior staff and review their work for accuracy Support organic new business development initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 4-6+ years (AS); 6-10+ years (AD) of public relations and integrated marketing experience required ; agen
