Director of Development Prospect Research- Days - Corporate Bring your talents to NewYork Presbyterian, and step onto one of the most elite philanthropic stages in the world. Reporting to the Vice President of Development Strategy and Operations, the Director of Development Prospect Research will be responsible for creating, sustaining, and expanding a data-driven prospect research and portfolio management program that supports the Hospital's ambitious fundraising goals. Develop and implement streamlined processes for identifying, qualifying, and assigning prospects at the major and principal gift levels. Establish and enforce portfolio management and pipeline policies to support gift officer success. Leverage large amounts of data to match prospects to appropriate fundraising opportunities and suggest strategies for engagement. Deploy best practices and industry-standard tools in designing, monitoring, and continuously growing the program. This role will manage the Prospect Management and Research Teams. Preferred Criteria Master's degree Required Criteria Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree Knowledge of donor stewardship and solicitation Knowledge of computer systems, including donor databases and various office applications Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to build effective teams, direct work and instill trust Strong donor prospect research skills and successful track record in this area Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
