MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES You will research, develop, and deploy training plans and programs to elevate the associations overall level of insurance knowledge. You will proactively develop and maintain expertise in various insurance products and provide processing and technical training/direction to branch staff in insurance. Additionally, you will deliver effective relief insurance services as temporarily needed to branch offices in the event of absence or departure of an existing insurance specialist. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE * Bachelors degree in business or related field. * Five to ten years of related experience. * Extremely high degree of knowledge of the insurance industry and all insurance products and services. * Highly developed analytical and organizational skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal relations skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Current crop insurance agent license with strong working knowledge of products.
