RECRUITMENT MANAGER - LEIDAL EDUCATION CENTER - WEST FARGO PUBLIC SCHOOLS The Human Resources team is looking for a passionate, creative, and resilient individual to join our team and the district of choice to make a difference in the lives of educators and learners in our community! POSITION: Recruitment Manager - Leidal Education Center - West Fargo Public Schools TERM: Year-round position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Summer hours are available for this position to allow for long weekends to flexibly meet your scheduling needs! FLSA Status: Exempt from overtime This position is partially funded through ESSER grant funds. SUMMARY: The recruitment manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the recruitment function. This position will establish innovative, inclusive, and equitable recruiting strategies by creating and cultivating relationships with local, state, and regional partners; coordinate the employee onboarding process to improve the overall employee experience to support current and future business needs. Serve as a resource to administration and staff across the district in area of recruitment by advising and assisting in making decisions that balance the needs of the organization while following applicable district policies, practices, and laws. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or directly related field Three years of experience in human resources with direct experience in recruitment and comprehensive HR administration Ability to develop positive relationships with administrators, staff, and the school community Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent communication skills in order to persuasively and effectively gain understanding and buy-in from district stakeholders, community partners, and potential employees Strong communication and social media skills required Adept at problem-solving and showing resiliency when faced with challenges Ability to manage time and priorities effectively and independently Reliable and dependable attendance Supervisory experience preferred Experience in employee relations and employee disciplinary processes is preferred PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred Prior experience working with Frontline Education R
