Position Summary:
The Framing Department Lead will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the framing and assembly of printed canvas and art products. This includes supervising team members, ensuring quality control, maintaining workflow efficiency, and collaborating with other departments to meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the framing department, including workflow coordination and team supervision
Ensure all framed products meet Lumaprints' quality standards before packaging and shipment
Train and mentor new and existing team members on framing techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling
Monitor supply inventory and notify management when materials need to be ordered
Collaborate with the printing and packaging teams to ensure seamless production flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Identify process improvements and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and quality
Conduct routine equipment checks and coordinate maintenance when necessary
Track production metrics and report progress or issues to management
Handle conflict resolution and provide ongoing feedback to team members
Qualifications:
experience in a framing, woodworking, or assembly environment (preferably in a leadership role)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
