Job Description:
New View Staffing is looking for an experienced and motivated Packaging Lead to join our client's team at a nutraceutical company. As a Packaging Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing packaging operations, ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of products, and managing a team of packaging personnel. Your attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to ensuring our products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily packaging operations and ensure processes run efficiently.
Lead and manage the packaging team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of packaging materials, labels, and finished products.
Monitor inventory of packaging materials and report on supply levels.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the packaging process.
Adhere to safety and regulatory standards in all packaging operations.
Maintain records of packaging activities, including production reports.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and quality control.

Requirements:
Proven experience in packaging operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Knowledge of packaging machinery and equipment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in packaging (preferred).
Must be fluent in English.
Must pass E-Verify to be eligible for employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the nutraceutical industry is a plus.
