Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Residential & Commercial Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services for private homes and office spaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, dependable, and flexible with scheduling. This position requires a strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
Perform general and deep cleaning services in residential homes primarily and commercial/office environment (when needed)
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and maintain floors and surfaces
Clean and wipe internal and external windows
Properly use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment
Organize closet spaces
Run errands as needed
Follow safety and sanitation standards
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
(Optional/Plus) Assist with basic cooking or meal preparation when requested

Extensive prior experience (3+ years strongly preferred) as a professional nanny, executive nanny, or in a similar role within a high-profile or busy household.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Reliable transportation to travel between job locations
Ability to work a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Availability to work weekends as needed
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience cleaning both residential homes and office/commercial spaces
Willingness and ability to assist with basic cooking (considered a plus)
