Job Duties:
Cutting, trimming, and portioning meat and/or chicken
Packing and preparing products for shipment
Handling raw meat in a cold production environment
Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
Experience as a meat or chicken cutter preferred (portion-cut experience is a plus, but not required)
Ability to work in cold temperatures
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Must be able to handle raw meat
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
