Essential Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking for a HR Admin for a Food Manufacture company to perform a variety of responsible and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs including in the areas of employment recruitment, organizing and scheduling, and employee relations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Conduct recruitment efforts for temporary/direct hire personnel; assist with placing and responding to ads
• Assist the recruiter in conducting temporary employee observations, drafting notes, and communicate findings to the agency
• Monitor attendance tracking, coaching requests, and employee issues using excel
• Liaising with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner
• Supporting candidate screening and hiring processes
• Assist with enforcing safety policies and incident reports
• Heavy administrative and filing duties
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
• Assist with employee of the month event and miscellaneous event
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• HR experience and/or knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills/positive attitude
• Strong confidentiality skills
• Professionalism
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working in a high paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
