Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various temporary positions
Maintain strong communication with candidates and clients
Manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance
Support daily office operations and assist with job placements
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
Previous recruiting experience required (staffing agency experience a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
