We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
• Computer literate
• Strong command of the English language (spelling, grammar, punctuation)
• Effective verbal and email communication skills
• Professional and able to work well with diverse personalities
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy
• Basic math competency
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Primary Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Process incoming/outbound orders using our Warehouse Management System
• Ensure accurate documentation and storage billing
• Schedule appointments and respond to client emails
• Check drivers in and out at the Shipping/Receiving window
• Assist warehouse staff with account-related questions
• Generate daily/weekly reports for management and clients
• File daily paperwork and maintain organized records
Candidates must be dependable and meet all experience requirements listed above.
Position: Customer Service Representative / Shipping & Receiving Window
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Type: Temp-to-Permanent Hire
