Now Hiring: Sorter / Forklift Operator
📍 Santa Ana, CA

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Sorter to join our recycling facility in Santa Ana, CA. This role plays a key part in daily recycling operations by sorting materials and operating a sit-down forklift.

Job Responsibilities
Sort recyclable materials (paper, plastic, glass, metal) into designated areas
Remove non-recyclable contaminants from material streams
Dump boxes and containers into proper locations
Operate a sit-down forklift as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Assist team members to improve workflow and productivity
Follow safety procedures and maintain strong attendance
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Ability to work outdoors
Ability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Required)
Pay Rate
$18–$19 per hour, depending on experience
