BUSINESS OFFICE SECRETARY POSITION: Full-time position available immediately. Compensation is $18.54 per hour with benefits. Advanced training or experience in business fundamentals, payroll, benefits and accounting is preferred. Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Office, data base management, and previous work experience involving communication and people skills. Position is fast paced and involves high levels of multitasking. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, payroll and benefit processing, reconciling bank and accounting records, reporting for state and federal agencies, preparation of employee benefits, purchasing and invoicing processes, record keeping and purchasing with clubs and athletics, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and coordination with local taxing authorities.
