OFFICE MANAGER Full-time position with Latrobe accounting firm. Minimum 5 years office management experience. Must enjoy customer service and be well organized with excellent interpersonal skills. Requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Duties include greeting and addressing the needs of clients, answering phones, providing support to accounting staff, working in Microsoft Word and other software programs, photocopying/assembling documents, proofreading, maintaining files and office supply inventory, and facility management.
