Zaveta Custom Homes is seeking a Construction Permit Specialist to work as an Executive Assistant for our team. Zaveta is a high-end luxury homebuilder based in Doylestown. Applicant MUST have a background in construction and MUST have experience with township permitting. This is a high-profile position where the individual would report directly to the Vice President and would be assisting with a number of tasks relating to the sales, permitting and the construction process. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is capable of taking on several projects at one time. The following is an overview of some of the key tasks which the position will be responsible for: Permitting processing and management - experience a must! Construction plan file management Schedule Management Task Management Dictation for letters and emails Benefits include: Positive work environment.
