Ballard Spahr has a terrific opportunity for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant with excellent research and analytical skills to join our marketing team in the Philadelphia office. As part of a small, hands-on collaborative team reporting to the Marketing Technology Manager, this position is responsible for: administering web-based marketing solutions (websites, blogs, and podcasts) formatting and managing the sending of electronic communications using the Firm's email campaign management system, Vuture posting communication-related content to the web site using the Firm's website content management system, Sitecore providing support for each system to enforce standards promoting quality of content and best practices. Data systems include, but are not limited to: CRM (InterAction), SharePoint, CMS (SiteCore), and FileSite. In addition, the Assistant will work with others on the Marketing Technology team to develop in-depth analytics related to marketing technology systems to allow attorneys and marketing professionals to better formulate business development strategies.
