Restek Corporation, a leader in Chromatography and an Employee Owned Company , is looking for an engaged, motivated and enthusiastic Manager, Total Rewards to join our fantastic Human Resources Team. The Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for the design, implementation and communication of Restek's Total Rewards strategy. The Manager will oversee the 401k/ESOP, employee benefits, wellness, compensation, recognition and performance management programs. The Manager ensures that Restek's programs are competitive, sustainable and scalable, and have a positive impact on employee engagement and the short- and long-term performance of the organization. Working collaboratively with the business and HR, the Manager develops and delivers well-considered compensation and benefits solutions, processes and communications. Key Responsibilities include: Design, communicate, administer and continuously evaluate and improve competitive total rewards strategies that are aligned with Restek's vision and strategy, cost effective and consistent with market trends and employee needs. Collaborate with external benefits and compensation advisors to stay abreast of emerging trends and proactively put forward recommendations that enable the organization to be innovative, competitive and resourceful in our total rewards investments. Manage and administer the 401k-ESOP plan, including compliance activities, annual census reporting & match calculation, withdrawal approvals (QDRO, Loans, Diversifications, Distributions), coordination with vendors/partners, employee communication and point of contact, annual plan audit, etc. Provide strategic direction and day-to-day management of the employee benefits function that results in effective and efficient management of programs and partners (manage open enrollment processes, robust employee communication plans, wellness and health education initiati
