Looking for licensed loan originators. MUST be DRE/NMLS for CA.

-Structuring, pricing, income calculation, pre-qualification assistance.

File flow is easy

1. Lead transferred, gather data

2. Pull credit and send your file to Processing

3. Processing will prepare and send out disclosures, open title/escrow, order the appraisal, submit the file

5. Work the conditions with Processing and your borrower

6. Help walk your borrower through the closing

7. Get paid within 72hours!

Loans don't have to be difficult! Our Processors are here to help you and close quickly. They only get paid if the loans closes.

Previous experience and a valid NMLS license are necessary.

You can generate FHA, VA , Conventionals, Non-QM, DSCR, Hard Money, and Reverse Mortgage

YOU CAN BE MAKING MORE THAN 200 BASIS POINTS IN EVERY LOAN CLOSED
