Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Lumper to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all materials are handled safely and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of operations within our shipping and receiving department, contributing to overall productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are handled with care.
Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage shipments effectively.
Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, cherry pickers, and cranes as needed.
Assist in the organization of materials within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
Participate in inventory counts and assist with order picking as required.
Experience

Previous experience in shipping and receiving or materials handling is preferred.
Familiarity with operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes is a plus.
Experience using RF scanners for inventory management is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
Bilingual English and Spanish
