General Labor/Clean up needed

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with various manual tasks on-site. This role involves physical labor, supporting skilled workers, and helping maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials
Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites or work areas
Operate hand tools and basic equipment as needed
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Move, stack, and organize materials and products
Support skilled tradespeople when required
Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
Handle deliveries and stock materials
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Report issues or hazards immediately
Requirements:
Previous labor or construction experience is a plus but not required
Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Basic knowledge of tools and safety standards
