🔧 What You’ll Do
Provide inside sales support ,answering calls, guiding customers, quoting jobs, and building long-term relationships.
Review plans, specs, and drawings to create precise estimates for sheet metal ductwork and custom fabrication.
Perform material take-offs, evaluate customer needs, and ensure seamless project handoff to production.
Follow up on quotes, assist with orders, and help customers get the right products on time.
Work closely with a supportive manufacturing team in a hands-on, solution-focused environment.
✔️ MUST-HAVE Requirements
HVAC experience (required) — field tech, installer, ductwork knowledge, mechanical plans, etc.
Sales experience (required) — inside sales, counter sales, or contractor-facing customer service.
Ability to read blueprints/specs and communicate technical details with confidence.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in estimating, and a customer-first mindset.
