The principal manages the instructional program, school operations, staff and student activities, and community relations. An experienced school leader, preferably as a high school principal, who exercises good judgment in addressing the complex issues which arise at the high school level and keeps students at the center of all decisions. Collaborative leadership style with good interpersonal and team building skills Excellent oral and written communication and motivational skills Intellectual, organizational and managerial skills with the ability to lead others in long-term planning Ability to develop action plans to address instructional improvement initiatives Ongoing analysis of multiple data sources to ensure equitable outcomes for all students.
