We are a totally European company, of less than 20 people, 17 of which are all technical, mostly ex-large enterprise, from banking to mobile ISP, and all top designers and architects in our fields I suppose. Some have worked on GDPR and the ePrivacy bills either as an audit or contributors, something very close to our hearts. We have spent the last 20-30 years making money for companies that don’t need it, making solutions that really don’t break, for people we don’t admire, so we decided to change that and focus on something that not many could produce, and that anyone can buy, but all really need. We understand that most individuals do not understand what privacy means, what security flaws they have in their networks, and will use large corporate clouds and items like QNAP without understanding. But we think there are quite a few out there who would love to finally feel safe in their homes. This was/is and will always be our goal. To be on the side of the consumer, to use our technical capabilities, where it might lack in their spectrum of understanding, or beyond their abilities. An easy to use device they own, they control, and they can protect themselves and their family with.
