📋 Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally

Take and process customer orders

Assist Spanish-speaking customers with their orders in person

Provide excellent customer service and communication

Work closely with customers to ensure orders are accurate

Fluent in English and Spanish

Reliable and detail-oriented

Fabric/textile industry experience is a BIG PLUS!

Knowledge of different fabric types, styles, and pricing is highly preferred
