What You’ll Do * Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. * Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and general insurance needs. * Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content and interacting with our online community. * Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for insurance consultations. * Help identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Maintain accurate client records and assist with day-to-day office operations. * Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Qualifications * Outstanding communication and customer service skills. * Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. * Sales or customer service experience preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Insurance experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
