Customer Service

‼️ We are seeking a Customer Service Representative, to start as soon as possible. ‼️
⏰ Work Schedule: M-F 8:00AM to 4:30pm (30 Minute Meal Break)
💸 Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.
Dress Code: Casual

Key details for the position are as follows:
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or retail.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) proficiency is required.
- Moderate to proficient computer skills.
- Managerial or managerial assistant experience is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Handle cash transactions and data entry in Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate quotes, delivery dates, and product information with internal departments and customers.
- Assist walk-in customers with product demonstrations.
- Work closely with sales, production, and dispatch teams to support the sales process.

Requirements:
- Ability to work daily overtime as required, especially during peak seasons.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment (computer, phone, fax, etc.)
