Facilities Manager

Casa Esperanza, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance, safety, and operational integrity of their facilities across multiple sites. The role involves overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance programs, managing facilities staff and contractors, coordinating vendor services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and supporting capital improvement projects and emergency preparedness initiatives. The Facilities Manager at Casa Esperanza, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness of the organization's facilities. This role involves conducting routine quality inspections, managing vendors and projects, handling administrative responsibilities, and providing leadership and supervision to facilities staff. Evaluate facilities staff. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, customer service, and continuous improvement. Ensure appropriate staffing coverage for daily operations and emergency maintenance response. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to prioritize facility maintenance, operational initiatives, and capital improvement projects. Maintain communication with the development team around fundraising for capital needs. Perform other duties as assigned. The pay range for this role is 36 - 38 USD per hour.
