IHSS caregiver looking for caregiving job Spanish

I’m making a posting for my friend that only speaks Spanish & is 66 yrs old. She’s a IHSS provider looking for a recipient in the Los Angeles area including surrounding areas of LA such as Huntington Park, Downey, Montebello, El Monte, Torrance, North Hollywood, San Fernando Valley, Bell Gardens, Hollywood, Pico Rivera, Inglewood and surrounding areas. She’s available Monday to Sunday any times, 24 hours, morning, overnight, evening, early morning, anytime.
She has experience with a liver transplant patient and other experience and has her referral number to validate how she worked for her. She bath/groomed her, cooked & prepared meals for the patient, did laundry, assisted her with bathrrom assistance, did grocery shopping around her house, attended with her to doctor’s appointment with the patient's insurance transportation called ACCESS, administered her medication, did housekeeping such as mopped floors, washing dishes and other housekeeping. She also has experience with dementia patient giving food, medicine, and supervision.
She doesn't drive, but she commutes anywhere in metro/bus.
