MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / TÉCNICO DE MANTENIMIENTO – CONDOMINIUM $ 18 por hora

CADISA INC., a professional condominium and property management company, is currently seeking a reliable and experienced General Maintenance Technician for a full-time position at a residential condominium property in Miami.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual with general building maintenance experience who can perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and assist with the day-to-day upkeep of the property.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include:

Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the condominium property
Conduct routine inspections of common areas and building equipment
Perform minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, drains, and other basic plumbing issues
Perform minor electrical work, such as replacing light bulbs, fixtures, switches, and outlets when appropriate
Perform basic painting, patching, drywall repairs, and touch-up work
Repair doors, locks, hardware, gates, and other common-area components
Assist with preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment
Respond to maintenance requests and work orders
Maintain common areas, mechanical rooms, storage areas, and maintenance areas in clean and organized condition
Identify and report larger maintenance issues that require a licensed contractor or specialized vendor
Assist outside contractors and vendors when work is being performed at the property
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
Follow all safety procedures and property rules
Communicate professionally and courteously with residents, guests, management, and vendors
Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in general building, condominium, apartment, hotel, or commercial property maintenance preferred
General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and building repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and identify basic maintenance problems
Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and using ladders and maintenance tools
Ability to communicate effectively with management and residents
Must be available to work a full-time schedule and weekends when required
